How can I schedule a private class?
We offer private personalized classes on Fridays! Design a custom class for your wellness wants & needs and invite up to 18 of your friends for a private party, special occasion, or personal practice. To reserve your class time and submit requests, email us at Hello@sunformstudios.com.
What if I need to cancel my class?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so on the ‘LOGIN’ page. You can do so freely up to 12 hours before class start time to avoid fees. As we are a small intimate studio, late cancellations may incur a fee of $20 as the spot can no longer be reserved by another guest.
What is the no show policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so on the ‘LOGIN’ page. If you do not show up for your reservation, a no show fee of $40 may incur as the spot can no longer be reserved by another guest. We understand emergencies happen, so please email us at Hello@sunformstudios.com for help.
What does it mean if I am on the waitlist?
If your desired class is full and you are on the waitlist, there is a chance you will get into class if someone on the roster can no longer attend. Current class attendees have a 5 minute grace period before someone on the waitlist is added. If you are on the waitlist and you get a notification that you got into class, we do expect you to be at the studio and no show fees still apply if you do not attend. Our system will automatically notify you via text and email if you are added to the class! If you are on the waitlist and have not received a notification we ask that you still come to the studio in the case of a no show attendee. If you do not get into the class, the class will automatically go back on your account to use for your next booking.
If I arrive late, can I still take the class?
We give each guest a 5 minute grace period before the spot is given to someone on the waitlist. If you are new to the studio we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for a studio walk through.
